Where can I find my Booking ID?

Open My Bookings in the app and select the relevant order. The booking details screen shows its ID and full status.

How do online payments work?

Eligible payments open secure Razorpay checkout. Mahalaxmi Water Plant verifies the payment with the server before confirming your booking.

Can I change my delivery details?

Depending on booking status and plant policy, available edit options appear inside My Bookings. Additional charges may apply.

Can I order for an event?

Yes. Choose a Mini, Standard, Large, Jumbo or Custom Event Pack and enter the event schedule and delivery address.
